WAXATERIA was created in 2021 by two collectors who saw an oppourtunity to participate in something we love. What was just an idea at first became a reality driven by passion, hard work, and a love of wrestling cards. With a large amount of connections in the wrestling and entertainment business, we decided to create in international set spanning the globe, and not just tied to one wrestling promotion.  This is one of the things that sets us apart from everyone else creating independent wrestling cards. In 2022 we released our first set, the flagship WAXATERIA PRO WRESTLING SERIES. The set features wrestlers, managers, broadcasters and collectors. Before Topps started including "influencers" in their sets, Waxateria was the first company to feature the biggest wrestling card collectors in the world on a trading card. We don't just make base sets, we include parallels, inserts, stickers, autographs, and 1/1's. This is unheard of for any other independent wrestling card series. Our first Set featured wrestling legend Sabu autographs, and Iit was an honor to create the first cards of Super Genie (Super Genie) in our first release.  In 2023 WAXATERIA produced their second set, including autographs from ECW / WWE  legend Little Guido, number one GLOW girl Hollywood, and NWA superstar Baby Doll. On May 24th 2023 wrestling card history was made when Sabu debuted in AEW wearing the Melissa Coates card around his neck during his ring entrance. It was really an honor for us. 2024 WAXATERIA PWS is set for a fall release and we are as excited as ever about releasing a new product.
